Terms and Conditions

The products provided under the following conditions are sold by TELCAM s.r.l, Via Fosso del Mulino 10, 84037 Sant’Arsenio (SA), VAT number 05441910659, hereinafter referred to as ‘TELCAM’ or ‘TELCAM s.r.l.’

Article 1 – Definitions

General Conditions: This document.
Customer: Any individual or entity, whether consumer or professional, purchasing TELCAM Products based on information provided on the website www.telcam.eu and these General Conditions.

Products: All items marketed by TELCAM on the website www.telcam.eu, representing its offerings.
Website: The web pages accessible at www.telcam.eu.

Purchase Order: The order placed by the Customer, detailing the various Products, provided by the system upon payment confirmation.

Sales Contract: The sales agreement between the Customer and TELCAM resulting from the Purchase Order, confirmed by TELCAM upon verification of the payment specified in the Purchase Order.

Article 2 – General Conditions of Sale

Before purchasing TELCAM Products as outlined in these General Conditions and on the website www.telcam.eu, the Customer declares they have read and accepted these General Conditions.

The Customer also acknowledges having reviewed the specific instructions provided during the purchase process.

TELCAM advises the Customer to retain a copy of the General Conditions for future reference. These General Conditions are an integral part of every Purchase Order and Sales Contract for Products sold on www.telcam.eu.

Article 3 – Contract Subscription Methods

The Customer may purchase products presented in the informational sections of the Website. During the purchase process, the Customer can select Products and view their total value, including delivery charges

The Purchase Order, once payment is made, can be modified. Purchase Orders must be complete, accurately listing the Products ordered, Customer billing and shipping details, and the delivery address.

TELCAM reserves the right to process or decline the order after verifying product availability in stock

The Purchase Order is considered a contractual proposal submitted by the Customer via the Web. Order confirmation by TELCAM, communicated to the Customer at the provided email address, includes order details and constitutes acceptance of the contractual proposal.

TELCAM’s Order Confirmation will occur only after payment for the Products specified in the Purchase Order is received. The contract is deemed concluded and binding for both parties when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.

The Order Confirmation includes:
Order details,
Prices of purchased Products,
Shipping costs and any additional charges,
Delivery address,
Delivery method chosen by the Customer,

TELCAM reserves the right to reject the purchase proposal if, for example, personal data is not authentic, there are previous defaults, Products are unavailable, or in cases incompatible with economic interests and company policies.

Article 4 – Payment and Refund Methods

The Customer can make payments through the PayPal system; payment by bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery is also available.

Article 5 – Delivery Times and Methods

TELCAM will deliver to the Customer the Products identified and ordered as outlined in the Order Confirmation mentioned in Article 3, within Italy, using trusted couriers. The various methods, times, and shipping costs will be detailed on the Website at the time of purchase.

The delivery times indicated on the Website are approximate. The methods and timing of contact with the Customer, which may occur before delivery or after the first attempt, will depend on the courier chosen by TELCAM based on the type of order to be delivered.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer at the end of the purchase process on the Website. During the Purchase Order process, the Customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete, providing at least two alternative contact methods (e.g., email and phone number).

Delivery will reflect the characteristics of the type selected at the time of purchase.

If there are obstacles or specific conditions related to accessing the provided address that

make delivery more challenging, the Customer must communicate these conditions.

In pedestrian zones, delivery will occur up to the point where the vehicle can access. Unless specified in the Delivery Service indicated in the Purchase Order, no handling inside the Customer’s residence will be provided.

The fiscal document (invoice/receipt) is published at the time of Product shipment within the Website in the Customer’s section, accessible after login.

The delivery document (delivery note and/or DDT) will be provided by TELCAM and signed by the Customer upon delivery.

Upon Product delivery, the Customer must verify that the number of packages delivered matches the accompanying document from the Courier.

The Customer must also ensure that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, or unaltered. After signing the Courier’s transport document, the Customer cannot contest the quantity or quality of what was received.

The Customer can check the status of the Purchase Order on the Website or by contacting customer service.

Article 6 – Prices

The prices of Products for sale on the Website are presented in euros, including VAT, any other applicable taxes, and, if required by applicable law, the WEEE eco-contribution.

Shipping costs and any additional charges are listed and calculated during the purchase process and are presented in the Purchase Order and Order Confirmation.

Article 7 – Liability

TELCAM shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen events, including malfunctions or issues with the internet network, that prevent the fulfillment of orders within the contractual timeframes.

The descriptions of each item on the Website are indicative and non-contractual; TELCAM assumes no responsibility if one or more products are unavailable.

TELCAM will not be liable for damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Customer due to non-fulfillment of the contract for reasons not attributable to TELCAM. The Customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

Except as provided in Article 9, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on the Website without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day the purchased Product is received. The withdrawal may cover all or part of the purchased Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers can submit a request through the contact form available on the Website at https://www.telcam.it.

The Product must be returned within 14 days from when TELCAM acknowledges the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The return should be made to the address communicated to the Customer.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the Products must be returned intact and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 9 – Return Policy

In addition to the right of withdrawal outlined in Article 8, the Customer who has purchased a Product may return it within 31 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

The returned Product must be intact, in its original condition, packaged in its original box, and accompanied by all accessories, including instruction manuals and all items present in the original packaging.

To proceed with a return request online, the Customer must adhere to the procedures and acceptance terms communicated via email by TELCAM. If the Customer refuses acceptance, TELCAM cannot complete the return process. The Product must be shipped within 30 days from the completion of the online return request.

After the request, the Customer will receive information related to the process, which must always be provided to the courier responsible for the return, so that this information can be included in the delivery receipt. Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

To receive a refund of the Product’s price, it must be returned intact, in its original condition, packaged in its original box, and accompanied by any accessories, including manuals and all items present in the original packaging.

The refund will be issued to the individual who placed the order, using one of the methods provided by TELCAM, within a reasonable timeframe and provided that the returned Product passes inspection.

Article 10 – Contract Archiving Methods

Pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003, TELCAM informs the Customer that each order submitted is stored digitally on TELCAM’s servers, in compliance with confidentiality and security criteria.

Article 11 – Communications and Customer Relations Service

For any communications or clarifications, the Customer should contact customer service through the form available at https://www.telcam.it, by calling +39 0975 396487, or by emailing telcam@telcam.biz. In the registration form, the Customer must provide their residence or domicile and supply a phone number or email address for communications.

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Any disputes not resolved amicably, including through recognized conciliation bodies, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the Customer’s place of residence or domicile.
