DUERO55® consists of an aluminum roller shutter profile with high-density polyurethane foam, interlocked with a self-extinguishing PVC profile. The central cavity between the two materials creates a honeycomb air chamber. The aluminum profile is filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 160 kg/m³. The unique interlocking system between the two faces of the slat disrupts the thermal conductivity of the metal, effectively reducing thermal transmittance between the external and internal environments.
