DUERO40® consists of an aluminum roller shutter profile with high-density polyurethane foam, interlocked with a self-extinguishing PVC profile. The central cavity between the two materials creates a honeycomb air chamber. The aluminum profile is filled with polyurethane foam at a density of 160 kg/m³. The slat dimensions follow the technical drawing specifications. The unique interlocking system between the two faces of the slat disrupts the thermal conductivity of the metal, effectively reducing thermal transmittance between the external and internal environments.
